Winter gardens (conservatories)

Not long ago winter gardens (conservatories) became an inseparable part of the modern architecture. Being a separate building or expanding the living space with a greenhouse, tennis court or swimming pool, conservatory usually is just same complex structure as large architectural constructions.

Conservatory is an additional living space, to say nothing of all its advantages. That’s why from the point of view of saving, functionality and design, there are same requirements to conservatory as to other premises in the house.

Designed to individual projects, built by the highly skilled staff of “Estel” company, modern conservatories can be sophisticated and elegant architectural forms – from winter garden with a simple shed roof up to multangular model in the elegant pavilion style.

Combination of various components let us create constructions of any forms. With thermally insulated profiles and glazing of the highest quality, our conservatories meet the requirements of the EnEV energy saving regulations

On account of the timelessly beautiful design, the roof will blend seamlessly into every facade and offers effective protection against rain and wind, and also longer residual heat during the evening hours.

Conservatory helps save energy
Contrary to wide-spread opinion, modern conservatories do not use additional heating. Quite the contrary: incidental sunlight is converted into heat, e.g. to heat up the floor tiles. This heat, on the other hand, is unable to escape from the glass envelope. This produces a greenhouse effect which significantly reduces the need for extreme heating from conventional heating systems.

In order that the conservatory does not overheat in summer we offer versatile solar shading options: roller shutters and external blind systems, sliding louvres as well as awnings, all of which are perfectly tailored to the conservatory modules. With automatic ventilation systems you can ensure a comfortable indoor temperature when outside temperatures are high. In addition, there is a wide choice of attractive roof windows for climate control available.

With special burglar-resistant profile series for the opening units used for the conservatory, suitably highly effective fittings technology and the use of security glazing your conservatory will be effectively protected from break-in.
